Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp (12g) brown coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp (25g) almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5g) baking powder
  • 1 tbsp (15g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine the melted butter, brown coconut sugar, and maple syrup in a small mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until the mixture looks smooth and glossy.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the almond flour and baking powder using a spatula. Mix only until the flour disappears to avoid overworking the dough.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Shape the dough into one large ball and place it on your chosen cooking surface.
  6. Choose a bake method: For Microwave, heat on high for 45–60 seconds; for Air Fryer, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes; for Oven, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes.
