Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (12g) brown coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp (25g) almond flour
- 1/8 tsp (0.5g) baking powder
- 1 tbsp (15g) dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine the melted butter, brown coconut sugar, and maple syrup in a small mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until the mixture looks smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the almond flour and baking powder using a spatula. Mix only until the flour disappears to avoid overworking the dough.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into one large ball and place it on your chosen cooking surface.
- Choose a bake method: For Microwave, heat on high for 45–60 seconds; for Air Fryer, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes; for Oven, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes.
