Ingredients:
- 1 medium (150g) Green Apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup (30g) Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup (50g) Cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp (5g) Fresh Ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Ground Turmeric
- 1 tbsp (10g) Fresh Parsley
- 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp (7g) Ground Flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup (70g) Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Wash all produce thoroughly. Chop the green apple into small cubes and grate the ginger finely.
- Add ingredients to the blender in the following order: liquid first, then powders (turmeric, flax), followed by greens, and finally the fruit and ice on top.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is vibrant green and smooth.
- Check consistency. If too thick, add an extra splash of almond milk and pulse for 5 seconds until velvet-smooth.
