Ingredients:

  • 1 packet (100g) unsweetened frozen acai puree
  • 1 cup (120g) frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup (70g) frozen mixed berries
  • 2 to 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (30g) gluten-free granola
  • 1/4 cup (40g) fresh blueberries
  • 3 slices (30g) fresh strawberry
  • 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions:

  1. Let the acai packet thaw for 2-3 minutes on the counter. Note: You only want it soft enough to squeeze out, not melted.
  2. Pour the acai puree into the blender first, then add the frozen banana slices and mixed berries.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed.
  4. Use a silicone spatula to push the frozen fruit down into the blades. Note: Keep the blender running on low while you do this.
  5. Add the almond milk one tablespoon at a time.
  6. Pulse the blender until the mixture is velvety and holds its shape against the blender walls.
  7. Scoop the thick mixture into your chilled bowl.
  8. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface.
  9. Arrange the granola in a row, add fresh blueberries, strawberry slices, and chia seeds.
  10. Drizzle the almond butter over the top to finish your Acai Bowl.
