- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix in the soup, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheese. Stir well.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with tater tots.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until the tots are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
