Description

This creamy and flavorful Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta is a perfect blend of tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a rich ranch sauce. It’s a comforting dish that’s easy to make and loved by all!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (or thighs, if you prefer)
  • Bacon (crispy and crumbled)
  • Pasta (any variety, but penne or rotini work best)
  • Ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Heavy cream (for the creamy sauce)
  • Parmesan cheese (adds flavor and creaminess)
  • Garlic (for an extra depth of flavor)
  • Olive oil (for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon: In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then set it aside to crumble later.
  2. Cook the chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook it in the same skillet. Once cooked through, chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Boil the pasta: While the chicken cooks, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Make the sauce: In the skillet, combine the ranch dressing and heavy cream. Stir until the sauce is smooth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine the ingredients: Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Add cheese: Stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce and create a rich, creamy coating.
  7. Serve: Serve hot, garnished with extra bacon or cheese, if desired.

Notes

  • Use full-fat heavy cream for a richer sauce.
  • Stir in some cream cheese to make the sauce even thicker and creamier.
  • For an added layer of flavor, garlic powder or onion powder can be incorporated into the sauce.
